Resolve Conflicts
Conflicts appear when FEM Loads or Constraints were deleted in Femap, but they still exist in SDC Verifier project. These entities are very important as they can be used in other entities. To avoid the unexpected errors and load the project, conflicts must be resolved.
In case, when Project loads or Update function executed and if in a project there is a conflict, the following window will appear:
The following actions can be undertaken to resolve possible conflicts:
- Remove with Reference - remove the item with referenced items;
- Create Empty - create FEM Load/Constraint without the applied force or constrained nodes. It has to be modified in Femap. This option gives a possibility to open a project and resolve conflicts later manually in Femap.
- Create (only for FEM Loads created in SDC Verifier) - recreate FEM load with forces if it was created in SDC Verifier.
To apply one action to all not resolved problem items select action in Action combobox and press .
The Status column shows the result of an action. If the status is Not resolved or Not Deleted, then other possible actions should be provided. If not all conflicts were resolved, the error message would appear:
Check Status column and resolve conflicts that have failed and press .
