Since 2009, our team has developed engineering analysis software and provides engineering consultancy services. Responsibilities

Junior QA responsibilities

• Follow STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) processes
• Participation in the discussion, ask questions to PO and Lead if something not clear
• Perform manual testing of features based on requirements
• Regression testing (take part in release process)
• Provide bugs reports accordingly to the bug template
• Provide test results clearly and accurately (passed, failed, blocked)
• Collaborate with software development team members
• Create test case for requirements provided in the user stories

Support manager responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring great customer experience (channels — mail, phone, ticket system)
• Collect and prioritize customers’ feedback
• Work closely with the engineering and the software development teams
• Documenting the knowledge
• Help our team continue delivering new software features based on the collected feedback

Minimum Qualifications

• Background in engineering (mechanical/civil engineering education or professional experience)
• Basic knowledge and at least 1 year of experience in QA
• Strong interpersonal skills; easily build rapport with new people
• Ability to quickly learn and understand new products
• English – intermediate level or higher
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

1. Prospecting and identifying potential clients

2. Initial outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls

3. Qualifying potential clients and booking meetings for the sales team

4. Maintaining clean and detailed records in our CRM (HubSpot)

5. Personalizing communication and managing follow-ups

6. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams

Minimum Qualifications

1. Fluent English (both written and spoken)

2. Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships

3. Curiosity and strong active listening skills

4. Experience with CRM systems; LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus

5. Strong organizational skills, including email and calendar management

6. Analytical mindset and attention to detail

We are currently seeking proactive, ambitious Junior FEA Engineer (Structural or Mechanical) who will join our talent Engineering team in Krakow.

Responsibilities

• Building Finite Element Models according to drawings or STEP files from the customer
• Preparing calculation schemes
• Finite element analysis based on the developed calculation scheme
• Post-processing the received calculation results
• Reporting to the customers (in English).
• Reading and interpreting technical documentation

Minimum Qualifications

• Technical education, mechanical (preferably) / civil engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with structural design codes (Eurocodes, DNV, FKM, etc.)
• Previous experience with the FEA or CAE programs (ANSYS, Femap, LIRA SAPR, RFem etc.)
• Ability to read technical drawings
