What’s new in SDC Verifier 2024 R1

• New standards implementation: BV NR615 Plate Buckling 2023 (Buckling Assessment of Plated Structures), Eurocode 3 Welds 1D (EN 1993-1-8, Design of steel structures, 2005), AS 4100 2020 (Steel Structures), ABS OS 2022 Plate Buckling (Buckling and Ultimate Strength Assessment for Offshore Structures), ABS FPI 2024 Plate Buckling (Guide for Building and Classing – Floating Production Installations)
• Rainflow Counting tool: In the following standards Eurocode3 Fatigue (EN1993-1-9, 2005), EN 13001 Fatigue (2018), DIN 15018 (1984), F.E.M. 1.001 (3rd, 1998) there will be an option to calculate fatigue using Rainflow Counting Tool.
• Elemental-Nodal method: In the Weld Force Summation tool and Weld Strength standards (Eurocode3 Welds (EN1993-1-8, 2005), DNV OS-C101-LRFD Weld Strength (2011), DNV OS-C201-WSD Weld Strength (2011)), the Elemental (beta) method is replaced by Elemental-Nodal method.
