Norsok N004 (Rev. 3, 2013)

The Norsok N004 (Rev. 3, 2013) standard in SDC Verifier provides full verification of tubular member strength and joint stability for offshore steel structures. Based on the Norwegian shelf guidelines, the standard is ideal for fixed platforms, jackets, and braced tubular structures under offshore loading.

Scope of Application:

• Tubular members with thickness ≥ 6 mm, D/t < 120, Yield < 500 MPa
• Member and joint-level checks (K, TY, X-type)
• Combination with AISC 360-10 or Eurocode 3 for non-tubular elements
