  • DNV OS-C101-WSD Weld Strength (2024):

Other improvements:

#New release
  1. Included single fillet welds calculations in DNV OS-C101-LRFD Weld Strength (2011), DNV OS-C201-WSD Weld Strength (2011), Eurocode3 Welds (EN 1993-1-8, 2005) standards;
  2. Option to calculate moment modification factor αm as per 5.6.1.1(a)(iii) in AS 4100 (2020) standard. Display results of αm in Moment Ratio Tool;
  3. Filter loads when creating/editing Load Set or Load Group;
  4. Display wind/snow total applied and projected areas in info table;
  5. Added commands to create line by existing points, node, element in SDC Verifier;

Bug Fixes:

#bugfixes
  1. Multiplication by Load.Sf was added in the parameter ‘Plate Limit State Overall’ of DNV CG-0128 (2015) and DNV CG-0128 (2023) standards;
  2. Equations related to C_x, C_y and C_tau coefficients for the first limit state formula were corrected in LR CSR Plate Buckling (2024) and IACS UR S35 Plate Buckling (2023) standards. Also, multiplication by Load.Sf was added in the parameter ‘Plate Limit State Overall’;
  3. Fixed categories of parameters in check ‘4.Category B and E. Shear resistance at serviceability’ of Eurocode3 Bolts (EN 1993-1-8, 2005) standard;
  4. Removed incorrect multiplier ItemNumberOfCycles/TotalNumberOfCycles in ‘Fatigue Damage Summed’ parameter in DNV RP-C203 Fatigue (2024) standard;
  5. Plates were recognized incorrectly with beam stiffeners in Panel Finder Tool;
  6. Connections were recognized incorrectly for non-tubular shapes with different orientations of elements in the connection or swapped sizes;
  7. Zero results were displayed for some categories after filling table or displaying plot for the second time for loads without results;
  8. Incorrect pressure was applied or error was shown when using non-zero Ground Level in Wind Load;
  9. It was not possible to enter text in Meshing Toolbox (SDC Verifier);
  10. Shortcuts did not work when calling them right after closing some windows;
  11. Crash appeared when previewing Predefined Load Cases (SDC for Ansys);
  12. Values with incorrect tolerance were displayed in the characteristics of the standards when using Set Standard Custom Settings command;
  13. Fatigue tables/plots were not generated in report designer after copying them to different load;
  14. Replace Standard command in report designer worked only for one selected item instead of all selected;
  15. Unit system was not taken into account when plotting selected zones in Peak Finder;
  16. Incorrect units were used for GP Force result category and X Moment direction in Tables, Plots, Governing Load;
  17. Non-structural mass was always zero when generating connection region in report (SDC for Femap, SDC Verifier);
  18. Not full information was displayed when generating properties in report (SDC for Femap, SDC Verifier);
  19. Filter type was not set when editing Property Check;
  20. Filter type was not taken into account when plotting results of Property Check;
