Unlocked geometry commands for all license levels;
Locked mesh commands depending on license level;

Bug Fixes in SDC Verifier

Crash appeared when editing items in Report Designer;
Software did not respond when exporting recognition items to groups;
Group with Id = 0 was created when exporting components to groups;
